Diversity Champion Award

Eve Lowton, IT service designer and member of women’s network committee: “I feel really proud of what we’ve all done. There are lots of different committees at the MCA and I think this is just bringing it all together. I think the network gives people a voice and somebody to champion them – it’s a safe space to be who you are. The MCA is about ‘bringing your whole self to work’ and that is exactly what people do.”

Julia Fountain-Booth, HR pay and reward lead and chair of LGBTQ+ network: “It feels amazing. We’re a united network. We all work really hard and we love the people we work with – we love our agency. We work hard to make a difference, we give out staff advice and we are all heard and listened to.”
