Scott Jameson, managing director: “It has been quite the night. I am so proud of all of our nominees this evening. I am especially proud to win large business of the year. “I think it’s a business that focuses on its links in this Solent community – it’s really nice to be recognised for that tonight. We employ almost 4,000 people in this area, many of whom are ex-military personnel, people who come through our apprentice programme and people who live locally.”
