Deliver a report setting out the maritime skills needs and provision in the Solent and identify gaps in provision

Develop a Maritime Careers Plan working in partnership with Industry, Solent Careers Hub and the South Coast IoT with a range of activities aimed at promoting an increasing awareness of maritime careers
